Marc Geiger brings over 25 years of management and consulting experience in the financial services sector, most recently as a partner at Capco and previously as an executive partner at IBM Consulting. His focus is on strategic transformation, digitalisation, and leadership issues in the context of complex organisations. His clients include universal banks, cantonal banks, private banks, asset managers, insurers, and digital and regulated market participants – from fintech to crypto providers.
His executive search practice is based on a deep understanding of market logic, strategic levers, and the organisational maturity of his clients. He focuses in particular on key roles that not only fill positions but also enable strategic differentiation – whether in senior management, at divisional level or in critical, non-linear leadership functions.
Marc Geiger is a general staff officer in the Swiss Army and a co-lecturer for crisis management in various executive programmes. He brings operational excellence, strategic depth, and leadership on an equal footing to every client relationship.
