As a partner at Wirz & Partners, his focus is on general management, sales- and business-development for sectors such as public, FSI, and telecom.

Kaspar Widmer Cantz is an entrepreneur and executive search partner with C-level experience in large SMEs (Polytype Group, Reichle & De-Massari) and deep-tech startups, plus senior leadership roles in global tech firms (Siemens, BT Global Services, HPE). He built teams, led turnarounds and scaled businesses - from product and engineering to operations and commercial strategy. Pietro Pignatiello is an entrepreneur and consultant with 30+ years of leadership experience in international technology firms across mechanical engineering, supplier, food/pharma, and medtech sectors. He covers the establishment, development, and digital transformation of the company across the entire value chain. As a partner at Wirz & Partners, he focuses on general management, operations, IT, and development in the mechanical engineering sector.

Marc Geiger brings 25 years of leadership and consulting experience in financial services. With previous roles as Executive Partner at IBM Consulting and Partner at Capco, his focus lies on strategic transformation, digitalization, and leadership. At Wirz & Partners, he leads the Banking & Insurance practice with an Executive Search approach rooted in impact, strategy, and future readiness.

Stephan is an entrepreneur and investor. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions at the C-level, in senior management, and on boards of renowned companies such as Copytrend, Migros, MCH Group AG, Pro Aqua Pro Vita, and Compaq.He is currently a board member and co-founder of Vendbridge AG.

Co-founder and Managing Director of MyPrivateBanking Research (in 2019 successfully sold to Cutter Associates). Christian was a strategy consultant for Monitor Company and co-founded the technology research company FORIT in 1999. After the acquisition of FORIT by Forrester Research Inc., Christian became Managing Director of Forrester Germany and Research Director for Central Europe.

Andy Waar, Co-Founder and CMO/Chief Marketing Officer of Yapeal, Founder fintechrockers.com, founder of thescent.ch, founder of Tiger Zurich,former partner of the agencies Tigermedia and MagMagMedia, as well as guest lecturer at the HWZ (CAS Digital Finance). Andy Waar is a lawyer, digital marketing specialist, fintech enthusiast and passionate musician.

Beat is the founder and owner of the Air Navigation Institute and Air Navigation Services GmbH. Beat is the Chairman of the ICAO Instrument Flight Procedures Panel (IFPP, formerly OCP) in his function as the ABIS (group of States) member of the IFPP. Furthermore, Beat is a guest lecturer at the ZHAW (Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften).
