Resignation Christian Nolterieke:
In the name of Wirz & Partners and the Board of Directors, I would like to sincerely thank Christian. Christian has accompanied Wirz & Partners, as a member of the Board of Directors, and has supported it since its founding.
In January 2019, Christian successfully sold his company MyPrivateBanking research to Cutter Associates.
Now Christian wants to spend more time with the family and devote himself to new projects.
We are pleased that Christian will continue to support us as an Member of the Advisory Board for Fintech and Technology.
Election Stephan Peyer:
With Stephan, we were able to win a new member of the Board of Directors, that will support us in the areas of technology and business development.
Stephan has accompanied us to date as an Advisory Board Member and will be joining the Board of Directors at the beginning of May 2019. I welcome him on behalf of Wirz & Partners and the Board of Directors and I look forward to a successful collaboration.
